Create Your Own Signature Scent

Our Tobacco Perfume Base, enriched with Tobacco Absolute, is your canvas for crafting a fragrance that speaks to your individuality. Add your favourite essential oils, absolutes, and CO2 extracts to create a bespoke perfume that reflects your personal style. Here’s how to get started:

Choose Your Concentration: Understanding the concentration of essential oils in your perfume is crucial for achieving the desired strength and longevity:

  • Parfum (Extrait de Parfum): 20-30% essential oils (60-90 drops)
  • Eau de Parfum (EDP): 15-20% essential oils (45-60 drops)
  • Eau de Toilette (EDT): 5-15% essential oils (15-45 drops)
  • Eau de Cologne (EDC): 2-5% essential oils (6-15 drops)
  • Eau Fraiche: 1-3% essential oils (3-9 drops)

Note: Number of drops is per 15ml of perfume base.

Choose Your Additions: Select complementary essential oils, absolutes, and CO2 extracts.

Measure Your Drops: For a 15ml bottle, we recommend adding 60-90 drops of your chosen oils to achieve a Parfum concentration. This will blend beautifully with the tobacco-infused base, creating a balanced and harmonious scent.

Blend and Test: Mix thoroughly and let your blend age for at least 24 hours. Test the fragrance on your skin to see how it develops, and adjust as needed. By one month, the perfume will have fully matured.

Creating a Balanced Perfume

To achieve a well-rounded fragrance, consider the following ratios:

  • Top Notes: 20-30% (e.g., citrus oils)
  • Middle (Heart) Notes: 40-60% (e.g., floral or herbal oils)
  • Base Notes: 20-30% (e.g., woody or resinous oils)

Note: These ratios are guidelines; personal preference and the specific qualities of your chosen oils may lead you to adjust these ratios to suit your desired fragrance profile.
