Melissa essential oil has a delightful fresh lemony and herbaceous aroma. Used in aromatherapy to help with anxiety, depression, hypertension, insomnia, migraine, menstrual cramping, indigestion, nausea, asthma, bronchitis, coughing, cold sores and as an insect repellent.

Safety Data: Tisserand & Young recommend that when used topically on skin it needs to be first diluted to a maximum of 0.9%, but that it should not be topically used on children under the age of 2 or for those with hypersensitive, diseased or damaged skin.
