Lavender Pacific Blue essential oil has a has a beautiful, versatile aroma that is light, sweet, fresh, herbaceous and floral in nature. A tonic for all systems. Lavenders calming and sedative properties make it a wonderful oil to help relax, fight stress, nervous tension and to promote sleep (too much however can turn it into a stimulant). A regular massage with lavender oil can also help provide relief from pain in the muscles and joints. Excellent for any skin ailment and use in skincare products. If used in excess, however, Lavender essential oil can actually act as a stimulant.
