It is a very calming and soothing oil for people that are under stress, mildly depressed, feeling lonely, irritated, experiencing intense fear or are challenged by anxiety or post traumatic shock. Also useful during times of anger or irritability. A great essential oil for use with children as it can help to calm irritable babies and soothe a toddlers temper tantrums.
