About a month ago I started to use Borage oil internally to heal my skin (damaged from steroids) and also to help with inflammation and joint pain) and now I ordered one for external use.

I love this borage oil from Zuma who offers a great quality organic oil at affordable prices.

If you have a sensitive skin like mine and want to use it on your face, it’s best to dilute the borage oil as it can be quite strong: 5-6 drops of borage oil in 80ml jojoba oil = magic! :)

After using it only 3 days I noticed no redness, no inflammation and my skin is finally looking much better. This oil is the best for eczema or psoriasis and dry, sensitive skin. Anti wrinkle - naturally. Yay!
