Steam-distilled from the vibrant, star-shaped blossoms of the Cananga odorata tree, this premium Certified Organic Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil carries rigorous organic certification, ensuring exceptional botanical purity and sustainable harvesting practices. The designation "Complete" signifies that this oil was produced through an uninterrupted distillation process, capturing the absolute full spectrum of the flower’s aromatic compounds. This results in a profoundly rich, voluptuous, and intensely sweet floral aroma that is far more complex and grounded than standard fractionated grades.

In luxury cosmetic formulation and natural hair care, Organic Ylang Ylang Complete is highly prized for its remarkably balancing and conditioning properties. It serves as an exquisite botanical active in premium facial serums and restorative moisturisers designed to harmonise the skin's natural oil production, making it an excellent choice for both dry and oily skin profiles. Furthermore, it is a legendary ingredient in botanical hair tonics and conditioning oils, helping to promote exceptional shine and a beautifully healthy-looking scalp. In natural perfumery, its deeply exotic, sensual character serves as a breathtaking floral heart note that anchors and elevates bespoke blends.

Skincare Ritual & Well-being Applications: Within a holistic self-care routine, Certified Organic Ylang Ylang Complete is universally revered for its capacity to beautifully calm the senses and cultivate a deeply comforting, sensual atmosphere. Diffusing just 1–2 drops of this lush, exotic floral oil naturally helps to ease the feeling of daily tension and encourages a profoundly relaxed state of mind. When elegantly diluted into a luxurious evening hair serum or a restorative body massage oil, taking the time to slowly breathe in these heavy, romantic notes transforms a functional grooming step into a deliberate, euphoric daily ritual that actively honours your inner peace and natural radiance.

Formulation & Safety Guidelines:
Application: Designed for luxury cosmetic formulation, balancing skincare, intensive hair conditioning serums, fine natural perfumery, and romantic atmospheric scenting.

Formulation Note: This is an exceptionally potent, highly concentrated pure essential oil with a massive aromatic presence—a single drop goes a very long way. For topical cosmetic applications, we strictly recommend a very low dilution rate of 0.5% to 1% in a suitable carrier oil (such as Certified Organic Jojoba, Sweet Almond, or Camellia) to prevent localised sensitisation and ensure the heavy floral scent remains elegant rather than overpowering.

Storage: To preserve its beautifully complex botanical compounds and deep floral notes, ensure the bottle is kept tightly closed. Store in a cool, dark environment away from direct UV exposure and extreme heat.

Safety: For external cosmetic and atmospheric use only. Do not apply undiluted to the skin and never apply to broken or highly irritated skin.
- Usage Caution: Due to its intensely sweet and heavy aroma, over-inhalation of Ylang Ylang can sometimes lead to mild headaches or nausea; always diffuse sparingly or in well-ventilated spaces.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a healthcare professional, please consult them before incorporating highly concentrated essential oils into your routine. Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin when trying a new diluted botanical product.

Zurma Essential Oils - Highest Quality Pure and Natural

At Zurma we go to great lengths to ensure that we only sell the highest quality pure and natural essential oils. We have searched the world for the best essential oils. Our in-house quality control system ensures that this high standard is maintained for all our essential oils. Every essential oil comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GCMS) test to confirm that they are genuine and authentic essential oils containing their correct active constituents.

The only exception to this is with the New Zealand small scale essential oil producers we buy direct from e.g., Lavender, Mānuka, Kānuka, Tea Tree etc. This is because we know and trust these growers who distil their own essential oils.

Finally, all essential oils have to undergo our own in-house smell, appearance and feel test and if they are not up to our high standards, we simply send the product back to the supplier. Based on this quality control process we believe that the 100% Pure and Natural essential oils that Zurma supplies to our customers are of the highest quality and are excellent for use in aromatherapy.
