Shea butter is a natural fat extracted from the nut of an African tree with a lovely thick creamy texture that melts at body temperature. Shea Butter is a rich source of Vitamins A, D, C and essential fatty acids. It is an intense moisturiser which helps smooth, hydrate and balance the skin. It protects and revitalizes damaged skin, promotes skin renewal, increases circulation and accelerates wound healing.

Shea butter is an off-white or ivory-colored fat extracted from the nut of the African shea tree (Butyrospermum parkii). This Shea butter is in its natural state as it has not been refined. Because of this, our unrefined shea butter has a strong earthy, buttery aroma which varies batch to batch.
Use: A beneficial treatment for wrinkles and signs of aging, stretch marks, skin rashes, insect bites and chapped skin. Shea Butter reduces the effects of UV damage on the skin and has an anti-inflammatory action.
Use 5% to 10% Dilution in other base oils or waxes.

I am making a balm for the first time, and will try it as a conditioner for my hair as I have heard it works well overnight then wash out in the morning.
Absolutely love this product. Zurma Shea Butter is top quality. It's soft and easy to apply to the skin, it melts on contact to the skin making it easy to use.
A little amount goes along way as it's creamy and thick and very moisturizing.
I have dry skin so recommend it for people who suffer with this skin type.
Also, I apply Shea Butter to my hair as it's an effective conditioner. Leave in your hair overnight and wash it in the morning with a gentle shampoo
and you will have beautifully conditioned hair.
