Thyme White essential oil has a sweet green-fresh strong aroma.

It is a very stimulating and warming essential oil. It has a strong stimulant effect on the immune system as well as anti-microbial properties.

White Thyme is a further re-distillation of Red Thyme so it is milder and contains less of the irritating phenols, making it a better choice for use.

However, this oil must be used with care and in low doses.

Special use: Stimulating and warming. Strong Immune Stimulate and Anti-microbial. Thyme White is a further re-distillation of Red Thyme so is milder and contains less of the toxic phenols, so is a better choice for use.

Blends Well With: Bergamot, Rosemary, Lemon, Melissa, Lavender, Pine, Marjoram.

Safety Data: High in phenols, Skin irritant- do not use neat.

Tisserand & Young (2014) recommend that it be diluted to a maximum of 1.3% before being used on the skin. Avoid during pregnancy. Avoid use with high blood pressure. Use in low doses.
