Lavender Spike essential oil has a fresh camphoraceous top note, with afresh, sweet and woody herbaceous undertone. The camphor in this Lavender makes it good for respiratory, circulatory or muscular conditions.It also has calming and sedative properties that make it a wonderful oil to help relax, fight stress, nervous tension and to promote sleep (too much however can turn it into a stimulant). Excellent for any skin ailment such as acne, sunburn and dry skin

Description: Colourless or pale yellow oil. Like other lavender oils, Spike Lavender Oil is floral, fresh, sweet and herbaceous. However, it is much more camphoraceous undertone than other Lavenders.
Actions: True tonic for all systems. Analgesic, Antiseptic, Antimicrobial, Anti-fungal, Antidepressant, Sedative, Stimulant, Nervine, Vulnerary, Cicatrizing, Antispasmodic, Carminative, Diuretic, Diaphoretic, Hypotensive, Vermifuge, Insecticide, Rubefacient, Deodorant.
Special use: Similar uses to Lavender, but with a sharp and probing scent. A more penetrating rubefacient; Good for respiratory, circulatory or muscular conditions.
Blends Well With: Clove, Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Citronella, Cypress, Clary sage, Rosemary, Geranium, Thyme, Pine, Patchouli, Cederwood, Citrus oils esp. Bergamot and Lime.
