Treatments:

Standard Clay Bath Formula: Create a detoxifying and rejuvenating clay bath by combining 1/2-2 cups of New Zealand Glacial Clay with 8 cups of warm water. Mix the clay with water to form a slurry. If you'd like to add essential oils we reccommend diluting them in a carrier oil. While the bath is filling, continue to mix the contents to remove any lumps. Shower before entering the bath to remove bacteria or toxins from the skin. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes, ensuring most of your body is submerged. Rinse off any clay residue in a warm shower, pat dry, and moisturise.

Standard Face Mask Formula: For a deep cleansing and pore-minimising face mask, combine 1 tablespoon of New Zealand Glacial Clay powder with approximately 1 tablespoon of water or hydrosol. Allow the clay to absorb the water. Then gently mix the clay to form a smooth paste. Depending on skin type, can add carrier oil, natural native glycotracts (harekeke, horopito, koromiko) and/or essential oils, avocado mash, honey or even yoghurt! Apply the mask using circular movements, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 8-15 minutes. Remove the mask with a warm damp cloth, pat dry, and apply hydrosol followed by moisturiser.
