Cedarwood Virginia has an aroma similar to Cedarwood Atlas, yet not as sharp, as they are quite different plants. Cedarwood Virginia is actually a Juniper plant species. Cedarwood Virginia is very soothing and helps to relieve mental strain, stress, depression, and insomnia. It has properties which can help to treat a variety of skin and hair conditions, acne, eczema, dermatitis, ulcers and psoriasis, oily skin and hair dandruff.

Description: Pale yellow-orange oil it has a sweet, balsamic, woody-pencil like odour.

Special use: Resembles Sandalwood to some degree. (Mucous membranes: skin, genito-urinary & respiratory.)

Safety Data: Non- toxic - can be irritating to sensitive skin, Avoid in pregnancy. Use in moderate doses.
