It is steam-distilled from the heartwood of the Nootka Tree, also sometimes known as Alaska Cypress or Yellow Cedar. It is named after the Nootka Tribe of the Pacific Northwest. The Nootka Tree is a majestic tree species commonly found growing in Canada.

BLENDS WELL WITH: Blends with: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, German Chamomile, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Mandarin, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Roman Chamomile, Scotch Pine, and Ylang Ylang. Recommended to be used in low doses as it is a very dominant scent – (10 times stronger than Virginia Cedarwood).
