Description: Pale yellow-light green, with a Spicy, fresh-sweet rounded scent. Ginger COis extracted in such a way that it also contains gingerols and shogaol, compounds that contribute to the sharp, pungent smell and taste of fresh ginger. Care must be taken with these compounds as they can cause irritation in some people.
