Lavender Pacific Blue essential oil has a has a beautiful, versatile aroma that is fresh, sweet, herbaceous, woody and floral in nature. A tonic for all systems. Lavenders calming and sedative properties make it a wonderful oil to help relax, fight stress, nervous tension and to promote sleep (too much however can turn it into a stimulant). A regular massage with lavender oil can also help provide relief from pain in the muscles and joints.
