Organic Lavender essential oil has an enchanting natural aroma that is fresh, floral, sweet and herbaceous. A tonic for all systems. Lavenders calming and sedative properties make it a wonderful oil to help relax, fight stress, nervous tension and to promote sleep (too much however can turn it into a stimulant). A regular massage with lavender oil can also help provide relief from pain in the muscles and joints. Excellent for any skin ailment such as acne and sunburn. If used in excess, however, Lavender essential oil can actually act as a stimulant.
